The following terms apply to all services and products including but not limited to Volt chargers, cables, Cool Locker, Cool Locker locks, SOUNDBOKS batteries, Soundlocker, and lockers rented, sold and delivered through Volt ApS and other websites managed by Volt ApS.
At shop.getvolt.dk we sell Volt ApS goods and Volt ApS partner goods.
Volt ApS goods are all the goods that we sell on shop.getvolt.dk, unless we state that the goods are Volt ApS partner goods. When you order Volt ApS goods you will enter into a purchase agreement with Volt ApS.
Volt ApS partner goods are goods that we sell on shop.getvolt.dk and which are identified as Volt ApS partner goods. When you order Volt ApS partner goods you will enter into a purchase agreement with the respective Volt ApS partner. Volt ApS partners are identified under the product information of each good.
With the exception of SOUNDBOKS battery swaps, SOUNDBOKS battery swap bought on shop.getvolt.dk is a product of Volt ApS, and you will therefore enter into a purchase agreement with Volt ApS and not SOUNDBOKS.
Volt ApS can immediately terminate these terms. Volt ApS may cease to offer or refuse access to the platform at any time for any reason.
Volt ApS may from time to time change the terms. The changes to the terms will enter into force after Volt ApS publishes such updated terms in the right place. Your continued access to or use of the website after such notice constitutes the consent to be bound by the changed terms.
Prices and Payment
The applicable price is the one indicated on the product concerned on the day of the order. All prices are including VAT.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners are free to change the stated price without prior notice. If a printing error has occurred and the buyer should know or know that this is a printing error, the buyer cannot get the price due to the printing error. Volt Aps or Volt ApS partner can at any time cancel an order made by a printing error on the price.
At Volt ApS or Volt ApS partner you can make your payment with credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Volt ApS will withdraw the payment from the customer’s card once a purchase is made. If your order is placed through a Volt ApS partner, Volt ApS will withdraw the payment on behalf of the volt ApS partner.
Please be aware that there can be a deposit on rental products, including but not limited to Volt chargers, cables, Cool Locker, Cool Locker locks, and Soundlocker. The deposit will be withdrawn on the day of the product purchase.
At Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners, we believe that trust and confidentiality are crucial to good cooperation. All information received from you or about you will be treated confidentially, and all the employees are subject to the duty of confidentiality.
Volt ApS is not responsible for breakdowns or temporary interruptions on the platform, breakdown of power or internet connection, vandalism on the system (both physical as well as computer viruses and hacking), misuse of personal data or other facts and circumstances that are beyond Volt ApS control. It is not guaranteed that you can use the sales and wallet platform on any device, and we will always assume that you are in possession of a device that can use the sales and wallet platform
For such damages, which are immediately covered by Act No. 481 of 7 June 1989 on product liability, the provisions of the act shall apply. For product liability which is not covered by the above-mentioned law, the following restrictions apply:
Volt ApS or Volt ApS partners are only liable for personal injury if it is proved that the damage is due to error or negligence committed by Volt ApS, Volt ApS partners or others Volt ApS or Volt Aps partners are responsible for.
Volt ApS or Volt Aps partners are liable for damage to real estate and movable property under the same conditions as for personal injury
Volt ApS or Volt ApS partners and the customer are mutually obliged to let themselves be summoned to the court or arbitration tribunal which examines claims against either of them on the basis of damage allegedly caused by the goods
Volt charging service
In addition, Volt ApS cannot be held responsible for any damages and/or injuries to the customer, the customer’s telephone, other battery-driven electronic devices, other people, and/or any other property that arises from the incorrect use of Volt ApS products, accessories and/or any components of Volt ApS service.
Possible claims made by the customer against Volt ApS can never exceed the amount in payment Volt ApS has received from the customer.
SOUNDBOKS battery swap by Volt ApS
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners are not responsible for any damages and/or injuries to the customer’s SOUNDBOKS, the customers, other people, and/or any other property that arises from the incorrect use of our service and/or batteries provided.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners will swap your battery for another battery of the same model, i.e. a BatteryBoks 2 will be swapped for a BatteryBoks 2.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners can not guarantee when swapping your SOUNDBOKS battery, that you will be given a battery of the same condition as handed in.
Any inquiries about the swapped battery model and condition shall be addressed to a Volt ApS booth before the end of the festival/events.
The ownership and original product guarantee period of a handed in battery will be succeeded to the swapped battery and will not be extended/renewed.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners will not be able to guarantee stock of all battery models during peak time, and we, therefore, hold the right to ask you to visit another booth or come back later.
Battery swaps purchased but not utilised during the festival/event will not be refunded.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners can not be held responsible for the theft of SOUNDBOKS due to the use of Soundlock.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partner cannot be held responsible for injuries to the customer, the customer’s SOUNDBOKS, other people, or any other property that arises from the incorrect use of Volt ApS products, accessories or any components of Volt ApS service.
Cool locker & Lockers by Volt
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners do not take responsibility for any items left in the Cool Locker and/or Locker, using the Cool Locker and/or Locker is at your own risk.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners cannot guarantee the temperature of the Cool Locker and will not be held responsible in case of a power failure or other event leading to a rising temperature within the Cool Locker.
If you as a customer have forgotten your password, Volt ApS will not guarantee to be able to open your Cool Locker and/Locker before the end of the event.
Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners cannot in any event be held responsible for any injuries direct or indirect, damages to property or personal injury or injury to others due to the misuse of the Cool Locker and/or Locker.
Cool Lockers and Lockers will be attended to on a daily basis.
Your order can be picked up at the customer’s chosen festival when the customer makes contact with a Volt booth. Where to pick up your order can be found in your wallet on the platform. Multiple pick-up points may be available.
The Cloakroom Service delivered by Volt ApS.
Volt Aps offers storage of items at festivals including but not limited to Copenhell (14/06 - 17/06-23) and Roskilde Festival (24/06 - 02/07-23). The Cloakroom will be staffed throughout the opening hours, which will be in agreement with the festival/event, and clearly communicated at the festival/event.
When an item is handed in for storage at the cloakroom, the customer will enter into an agreement with Volt Aps.
Items accepted for storage:
Phones (for charging) (limited to Roskilde Festival)
Car batteries (for charging) (limited to Roskilde Festival)
Jackets (Depending on locker availability)
Bags (Depending on locker availability)
And anything relating to the above
The cloakrooms will not accept cash and take no responsibility for cash located in items handed in.
Volt ApS retains the right to reject storage of certain items.
Volt ApS is not responsible for the accidental loss of items and waives any demands of compensation.
Use of the service:
If the customer notices the absence of any items, the customer must notify an employee at the cloakroom, promptly.
Unclaimed items will, after closing the specific cloakrooms, be handed in to Midt- and Vestsjælland Politi.
Right of cancellation
You have 14 days right of cancellation, when you buy a product from Volt ApS or a Volt ApS partner. The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received the product.
You have 14 days right of cancellation, when you buy a service or rent a product from Volt ApS or a Volt ApS partner subject to neither the product nor the service has been used. If you have bought a service or rented a product, the cancellation deadline will expire 14 days after you placed your order.
Within 14 days from receipt, you must inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The message must be provided by mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org or you can print and send the following form.
Return of goods or rented products
Return on cancellation
You must return your full order including any cables to us at the latest 14 days after a prepaid return label has been sent to you.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly. You even carry the risk of the package/goods until we receive it. You must therefore have the receipt for returning the order to the post office.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the manner in which it operates.
Return of rented products
If you want your deposit refunded, you must return the rented product and any related accessories handed out no later than at the end of the rental period. The rental period is in general limited to the length of the festival or event unless stated otherwise in the product description. You have to return the rented product at one of Volt ApS locations at the given event.
The rented product has to be returned in a usable state, thereby meaning that the product can be rented out again to a new customer on the same terms as the customer who returned the rented product. If the product is not returned in a usable state or returned at all we will keep the paid deposit in full.
Cool Lockers are expected to be emptied and cleaned, before the Cool Locker lock is handed in, anything left in the Cool Locker, will be thrown away. Volt ApS and Volt ApS partners have the right to withhold the deposit if the Cool Locker is not emptied and cleaned.
Due deposits will be returned up to 14 banking days after the return of the rented product. The deposit will be paid out the same way as the deposit was withdrawn.
Repayment of the purchase amount when using your right of cancellation
If you regret your purchase of a product or service, you will be refunded the full amount, including any additional costs, subject to the product or service that has not been used.
We will refund you, your payment at the latest 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel your purchase. Volt ApS hold the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods unless documentation for returning it has been submitted. Right of complaint
The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to goods purchases. You, therefore, have a 24-month right of complaint if there are defects in your product. You have the opportunity to have the item repaired, exchanged or money returned depending on the specific situation that Volt ApS or Volt ApS partner decides.
The right of complaint does not apply if the defect has arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

Any dispute arising from your purchase through Volt ApS and on the website or the resulting disputes, including the scope or validity of these terms and conditions, is subject to Danish law and must be brought before Frederiksberg City Court.
