Your Role as Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you’ll captain your own little ship. The role may differ from one event to another, but the tasks will typically include:

  • Leadership: Motivate and coordinate your team of volunteers

  • Operations: Manage stall inventory, procedures, and the daily flow

  • Service: Ensure customers receive a great service

We’re looking for someone who?

Can keep a cool head and a positive attitude - even when guests get a bit too tipsy.

  • Has a passion for leadership and teamwork.

  • Thrives in the energy and chaos of a festival environment.

  • Experience in the service industry is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Are comfortable with speaking English.

The Practical Details

Training: Online training + participation in a pre-festival briefing.

  • Shifts: The amount will depend on the event/festival. At Roskilde Festival you will have 4-6 shifts of 8 hours (spread across warm-up and music days).

  • Compensation: Depends on the event/festival. At Roskilde Festival it ranges from DKK 2,150–3,225.
